Raw Vegan Dessert Bites Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of organic raw cashews
  • 1 cup of organic dates
  • 1 cup of organic coconut shreds
  • 1/2 cup of organic cacao
  • 1/4 cup of organic maple syrup
  • Water (for soaking)

Tools

  • Food processor
  • Two bowls
  • Clean service (a cutting board would work)

Method

  1. Soak the cashews and dates overnight in the bowls
  2. Drain the cashews and dates
  3. Combine cashews and dates in the food processor
  4. Blend until smooth
  5. Add in maple syrup and blend
  6. Create small balls out of the “dough”
  7. Pour piles of coconut and cacao onto a clean service
  8. Roll the “dough balls” into the coconut/cacao until covered
  9. Let the dessert balls cool in the fridge

Notes

I tend to prep food without measuring, so the ingredients may be slightly off. I will update this post the next time I make these.
